Soft media, low pressure

Bead Blasting in Buckeye

Soft media at low pressure for heavy scale on tile, rock, spillways and stone, without the dust.

When scale is too heavy to scrub

Some calcium never responds to a brush. Years of hard water on a raised spa wall, a spillway or a grotto build into a layer that is part crust and part mineral stone. Scrubbing that by hand takes forever and often marks the surface it was meant to rescue. Acid can lift some of it, but it is not kind to every tile, grout line or natural stone.

That is where blasting earns its place. Tile, rock waterfalls, spillways, flagstone and block walls around West Valley pools all collect scale that is out of reach of ordinary cleaning. If a surface in your yard looks like it is wearing a white coat, it is a candidate. Send a photo to (623) 695-9199 and we will tell you whether blasting is the right call.

Soft media, low pressure, no dust cloud

Blasting sounds aggressive, and with hard sand it is. This method is not that. The media is soft and the pressure is set low, chosen so it knocks scale off while leaving the glaze, the grout and the stone beneath alone. The process is dustless, so your patio is not left under a layer of grit when the job is done.

Matching the setup to the surface is the craft. Glazed tile, rough rock and flagstone each take a different touch, and the settings change as the work moves from one to the next. The aim is to finish with the original colour and texture showing, not a surface that looks scoured. Our before and after photos of cobalt and navy tile show what that looks like.

The job that started the business

Kevin Trumbull founded Miracle Blasting in February 2017 to do exactly this: blast hard-water calcium off pool tile. Customers kept asking for whole-pool care, and weekly routes followed, which is how the company became Miracle Pool Care. The blasting never went away. It is still the work the business was built on, done by the same family-owned outfit in Buckeye.

Grotto and rock calcium and block wall blasting sit on our smaller jobs list, next to graffiti removal. Because every pool and every wall is different, there is no published price. Call or text (623) 695-9199, show us the problem, and you get one flat quote after we have looked. If the scale is light, we will say so and point you to tile cleaning instead.
