Salt cell and water balance

Salt Water Pool Service in Buckeye

Cell inspection, output testing and the balancing a generating system needs, kept up on a set weekly day across the West Valley.

A salt pool still has chlorine, it just makes its own

A salt system does not make a pool chemical free. The cell sits in the plumbing, passes the water over charged plates and turns dissolved salt into chlorine while the pump runs. That steady, gentle supply is why many Buckeye homeowners like salt, but the cell is working equipment, and it needs looking after the way a heater or a pump does.

What goes wrong is usually quiet. Hard Arizona water leaves scale on the cell plates, output drops, and the pool slowly drifts toward green while the control box still looks happy. Low flow, a worn cell or water that is out of balance can each cut production, and from the deck they all look the same.

Cell inspection, output testing and the balance it depends on

Our salt water service covers cell inspection, output testing and the balancing a generating system needs. The cell gets opened and checked for scale, the output is tested rather than assumed, and the water chemistry is read against what a salt pool needs for the cell to do its job properly.

Balance matters more on a salt pool than most owners expect, because the cell and the plaster both react to it. Scale that builds on a cell also builds on waterline tile, which is where Miracle Pool Care started in 2017, blasting calcium off tile. We keep an eye on both.

Salt or liquid chlorine, the weekly route handles both

You do not have to build a service plan around the sanitiser. Weekly service covers skim, brush, vacuum, baskets, chemistry and a filter pressure check, whether your pool runs on a salt cell or on liquid chlorine, and an emailed photo report follows every visit. Basic chemicals are included in the monthly rate, with no contract.

New weekly customers with a residential pool inside our service area pay $1 for the first month. If your cell is struggling, tell us when you call or text (623) 695-9199. Heavy scale or a green pool is quoted separately from weekly service, once we have seen it, so you know the number before any work starts.
